Discover how LCPS’s Organizational and Practitioner Project Management Maturity Models guide teams and individuals from “freshman” beginners to “valedictorian” level performers. This session introduces the four maturity levels and key components including leadership, governance, communication, performance measurement, and risk management, showing how they shape growth across the district. Participants will assess where they and their teams currently stand and identify practical steps to advance their maturity and project success.
