IMPORTANT! Please do not use "Autofill" to complete the registration form because it might incorrectly populate the Mailing Address field. Please double-check the accuracy of your Mailing Address when registering.
How to Register:
- You must sign in to Sched or create a new account using your work email address.
- Once logged in to Sched, click the 'Register' button and complete the form.
- After you register, please save your login information. Your immediate next step is to go to the Schedule page and click the sessions that you would like to attend. (You can always update your session selection if you change your mind.)
- Please look for an email from [email protected] regarding payment.
- Registration window: March 25 - June 12, 2026
Please contact [email protected] if you need to request a late registration between June 13-25. For any registrations after June 22, please note that it is likely that your mailed Conference Kit will reach you after the conference on June 26. - Email address:Â We only accept work email addresses (no Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)
- Can I register multiple people at once? Registration is for individuals only. Sched requires that each individual creates a password.
- Payment Options: You can pay by credit card or check. We will email you payment instructions after you register. We are able to accept late payments (July 2026).
- Cancelation/Refund Policy: Notify [email protected] by June 12 for a full refund. No refunds will be issued after June 12; you may transfer your seat.
